Brooke Sorenson

Hi! My name is Brooke Sorenson, and I have been trained and conditioned to teach cardio step and strength-based workouts since 2013 and Zumba since 2014. My passion for group fitness began in 2003, while attending school at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. During my academic career in Lincoln I was trained in a variety of group fitness classes such as BOSU, cycling, step, cardio hi/low, and circuit training. My family moved to South Dakota in 2012, and group fitness helped me adjust to staying home with a two year old and twin infants. My children are now 8, 8, and 10, and I am so grateful to be able to continue to do what I love, and that is helping others reach their fitness goals, while having fun and being safe! Furthermore, I love sharing tips and tools that helped me improve not only my physical health, but my mental and spiritual health as wellI. The cardio step class that I teach can be tailored and modified to meet all fitness levels. My goal is to make each and every class fun, safe, sincere, energetic, athletic and challenging! I hope to see you there, and remember to Stay Calm and Step On!
